To those who are having a hard time coping with everything that is happening in the world: YOU ARE NOT ALONE. We will get through this. Please hang in there & stay hopeful. We need you. Do the best you can & lead by example. 💛
You don’t need a million likes to matter. People who are truly touched by what you offer are far more likely to express it in a way that is far more meaningful than mindlessly mashing a button.
Just because something appears popular doesn’t mean it’s meaningful. In fact, much of the most liked content online is quickly forgotten.
In a world of superficially soothing content, concern yourself less with how popular your posts are and concern yourself more with how much of an impact what you have to offer has on the people it truly matters to.
One of the reasons life appears to pass more quickly as we age is because we become engrained in comfort. A lack of novelty in one’s life leads to time passing with little worth remembering.
If you want to slow down the rate at which your life appears to be passing you by, embrace new experiences, set new goals, and challenge yourself.

What you choose to dwell on can have a dramatic impact on how you feel. So it makes sense to pay attention to what you pay attention to and give more power to the things that are good for you than you give to those that are not.
Happiness is more likely to manifest itself in one’s life as a result of making a positive difference in other people’s lives than it is by solely seeking to benefit one’s own.

- Be an agent of positive change.
- Be an encourager
- Be someone’s reason to smile today
- Be the kind of person that your heroes would be proud of.
- Be the person you want to be remembered as.
- Being “awesome” doesn’t mean simply existing.
- Being kind and considerate is always a choice.
When a person learns to recognize the difference between something that’s actually broken and something that is simply unassembled or unsolved, the manner and attitude with which they approach that thing can have a dramatic impact on its outcome.
If you’ve ever referred to yourself or someone else as broken, understand that the same concept applies.
If you want to see more of the things you desire in life, it’s important to make a conscious effort to be grateful for what you already have and always focus on what you want — and what you want to see more of — not on what you don’t want or the lack of something.
